DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE! You will not be informed in advance about all costs that are included (for example things like additional fee for distance that that you make with the car that you rent). Plus, when you try to return the car before 24h, they are not ready to take it back and return your deposit. The car itself is not in a good shape either. I do not recommend this company!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The guy who rented us the car knew only few words in English, did not explain anything about the contract (even in Italian he said nothing), did not say anything about the fee after exceeding the standard km from the agreement, the agreement was filled in with hand writing which was so bad that we had problems while we wanted to give back the car, we come earlier and there was no cash in the office to give us back the deposit and we had to wait, the stuff is very unkind and they were rude when we were trying to give back the car few hours earlier than agreed. Fiat Multipla which we rented was in bad condition.
What I can honestly say is, if you are looking for a car in Catania or around Catania, I DO NOT RECOMMEND HOLLYWOOD RENT A CAR! Choose wisely and do not go there!

The worst car rental ever! Car was in tragical condition, nobody speaks english. They charged as extra in the end by fee we didn't were told about. They had problem with earlier car return and with rerurning back our deposit because they didn't have enough money. I don't recomend this car rental.

Don't go there! They will, like with everyone else, f*** you up. They stole 500 euros deposit. On top of what we paid for that horrible rubbish. They are lyers! Companies like this should not exist. hope one day someone will start legal actions against them. This have to be stopped. Horrible horrible horrible.

Do NOT rent a car from Hollywood Rent a Car. Spend a little more money and go with Hertz, or another well-known reputable rental company. Our experience with them was horrible! We rented a small, automatic car which was in horrible condition. Scratched up, not very clean, worn, etc. We bought a car charger but the plug in the car didn't work! The service was awful, the receptionist would "radio" one of her staff to meet us in the parking lot so we had to wait when we first rented the car, and when we returned it. Not very convenient. When we first got the car, the gas light was on so we frantically had to find a gas station right away! When we returned the car with nearly half a tank of gas, we complained that the car was given to us with hardly any gas (and mentioned the non-working plug for the cell phone charger). The receptionist was cold, uncaring, unaccommodating, and unwilling to work with us on any compensation. The car return process was a hassle, as we had to go back and forth because we could not get a hold of anyone via phone, and did not see one of their representatives in the parking lot. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE LAZY STAFF! Do NOT rent from this place!
