just check trust pilot before you book with this company .. its a fraud the morning after i gave car back they charged me 189.06 € for cleaning :) !!! with no damage whatsoever !!
To add insult to injury .. i have 1600 € blocked till 3 rd december (1month) i sent them email and they just ignore you ! i called the bank and told me nothing we can do they will be released 3 december !!
i hire a car every two weeks never happened to me before something like this ! just please use another company if you dont want to end in my situation!!!! just see reviews on trust pilot (i didn t not check before :( )

Absolutely superb service. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The process of collecting and returning the car was the smoothest I have ever experienced.

My friends and I were stranded as we got a flat tire and even with our deluxe insurance package, we got completely screwed over as Locauto refused to bring us another car or help us to get to the airport that was over a hour drive away! We almost missed our international flight because of the lack of support they showed us. They even charged us for the last day that we did not use it on AND refueling when we didn't even get to return the car. They simply came and towed the car away without any compassion. The man we spoke with that was on call for after operating hours was incredibly rude and was yelling at us. We had to get a cab to take us which cost us over $400 dollars alone because we didn't have a choice. We tried to resolve this with Locauto but they refused to work with us. DO NOT USE THEM OR SUPPORT THEM, they will cheat you and not give a damn about you.

Very good experiance!
5 (papers) + 5 (receiving a key) minutes to pick up a car and 10 min to drop off!
Was given a new car (6200 km only).
No extra charge. Have driven 850 km per 2 weeks.
In case you care about rental car you will receive the same feedback from the rental company.

after having booked with Locauto I read many negative reviews online and was surprised that everything worked out without any problem whatsoever.
The car was in excellent condition, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful, not at all pushy about selling extra insurance etc. Car return was also uncomplicated. We have nothing to complain about.
