I have rent a car from Letizia for my parents. The car got a flat tire the second day, because the wheels was in horrible condition. They can not change it to the provided spare wheel, because it was not the same size like the other wheels on the car. The screws was in horrible condition as well, so the car mechanic had to lug along the car, because he can not do this without help. So my parents have to pay for the car lug and a new wheel as well. (Almost as much, as the car rental was for 3 days)
When we and the host from our apartment reported the problem to Letizia, she said that the car mechanic lied to my parents, even if everybody can check, that the numbers on the wheels was different.
When my parents give back the car, they didnt even shoot a glance at the wheels, they just left them without any word, was very rude.
I can not suggest this car rental, if you don't want a bad experience in Sicily, because without this problem, the whole time would be great.
