Nice hôtel. The finition are not so good in my room. Not in the center or Milan but underground is close so that's a nice place!

I was there only for a night stay and it was mostly pleasant. That's even the expectation from such a good hotel so nothing abnormal. The room was good, bed was soft and staff helpful.

Great hotel. Very clear room.Near to subway. Delicious and various breakfast with a lot of fresh juices and vegan milks.
Very supportive front office staff. We needed some of the documents to be printed. Did it immediately.
The hotel has super security parking. It cost 10 EUR per day, which is a low price for Milan.

The front desk personal very friendly and helpful.
The pillows were.wonderful soft and hard at the same time. Cleaning was done nicely every day without disturbing us.
The rooms are nice and modern.
Good diverse breakfast.
Things that were not so good:
- the heating was not good! It got warm in the room in a very long period of time. I had to talk to the reception to come and do something to get the heating on faster.
-the shower - the water comes only from above and cleaning yourself is a bit difficult.
