On june 06 2017, I paid a car rental at Fiumicino airport in Rome the amount 93,46 Euros. Om september 07/2017 another debit appear in may debit card made by Goldcar at Pisa Galileo airport. I want to now how this is possible, if I am back to my country for more than 3 month,
and my debit card was charged in the city that I have not been. Somenthing is realy rong.. I need urgent information.. Goldcar,..... never more..... they are not honest I give one star to send a comment, but for me is 00000000.

Competitive pricing and good service. This is the only Car Rental Comp ever (25yrs of travel) that asked for an international drivers licence. If you do not have one, a heavy surcharge applies. Loved their add on service of a 4G unlimted WiFi dongle. This does not only allow you to use your phone / tablet and Google maps as and alternative for a conventional GPS device, but keeps you connected outside of vehicle too.

Dont hire a car from this company. I rented a car from here at 18/09/2016-23/09/2016. And they charged 2 times 40 Euro fine management fee. They are so rude and not confident company.

Avoid at all cost!
The car did not start the second day and displayed errors on the dashboard display.
They came and took the car last day of the booking with a tow truck.
Wanted me to pay for towing and a scratch.
I was staying for two more weeks so I went to the rental office and there was the car! I took pictures of the part of the car that had "scratches" according to the paperwork. No scratches what so ever.
But no! They refused to go out and look. And they refused my written objection!
Borderline fraudulent company!

Great experience. Got the shuttle bus from Airport. Arrived at the shop, waited 5 min, got my car, perfect conditions, and just few days after I delivered the car back I got my refund from the full / full tank package. Thanks a lot Goldcar for making my trip great!
