45 minutes queuing as customers were not being called by numbers . I had to argue with staff and other customers to get to my turn . Confusing at check in got charged extra 23€ even if I bought third parties insurance . Slow process in general . Car was different from what I reserved and all scratched . I will never reserve with this company again .

Very quick check-in. Gave Smart for Two instead of Fiat 500. Insurance must be taken! Check-in and check-out procedures were pretty fast.
Waiting for money to be unblocked. :)

We waited nearly 2 hours to collect our car from the airport which made us late for the wedding we were going to. They are just very slow, making you fill in forms with information you have already given when booking.The staff did stick to seeing people in ticket order but people behind us must have waited 3+ hours to collect their car.Avis and big companies charge more but if time is valuable worth paying the extra. The car itself was fine and return was quick but the pick up would stop me using them again

This was a really bad experience for us. We rented the car through the Ryanair website after booking a flight. We waited 1.5 hours in line to get the car. The guy at the counter said the car was in perfect condition. We said " what if we find something?" He told us no problem, just mark it down on the form. We did find a small scratch, so we noted it and also took a video of the entire car with a date and time stamp.
Upon returning the car we told the lady who was helping us about the scratch and that we had noted it and video tapped it. She immediately got nasty with us and said "No! You should have said something then! This is your fault! ". We tried to tell her again and again about the video, the employee erx and she basically called us liars.
I got really upset and yelled back and she calmed down. We showed her the video and she backed off. We had to go back out and get gas ( we were short by a slight amount). She did not help us when we returned, another girl did and she said either way no big deal because we had full coverage. I asked to talk to a manager and she said there was not one on duty. We went into the airport to the counter where we rented and were told the manager was back up where we dropped off the car.
Not impressed by this organization.

They use some tricks to charge you more (16euro more for blabla), then after two months they charge you 61Euro for nothing. they call it a fine. they are already prepared for this so in the "contact us" form you can select the title "Traffic Fine 61 Charge" ... are you kidding me!!! I extremely discourage anyone to rent from them. they attract you because you think it's cheaper but then they take more.
