The heating didn't work. The TV didn't work.
Beds weren't very comfortable. Breakfast not worth 12 euros. Shuttle service was unreliable. The showers were nice... overall not worthy of being called a 4-star hotel.

it's an isolated place among living houses. very quiet as they don't serve meals or have a bar. only breakfast from 6.30 to 10.00 am. rooms r very quiet and comfortable. lighting us very bad specially if reading in bed or working behind the desk. bathroom lighting us very bright.

The Comfort hotel was great from start to finish. Everyone at the desk was beyond helpful giving us advice for cans and extra towels for guests of ours that only stayed a few hours! Rooms were contemporary/stylish, recently updated, and well kept.
The shuttle is very convenient to and from the airport. About a 15min ride with stops at other hotels. Pay attention to the schedule. The shuttle is not a continuous service like many US hotels however it is prompt. Also read the details on the website, if you don't book directly through the Comfort website and you book through a 3rd party like Expedia, Priceline you will be charged about €6 per person/each way for the shuttle.
Excellent place to stay. Fiumicino is a nice family friendly Beach town and this hotel is just a few blocks from the beach and good restaurants.

Excellent rooms in a hotel close to the airport. I didn't have the included breakfast but it smelled and looked good. My room & shower had a very nice modern & fresh look and feel to them. The only thing I didn't like was there was no light above the desk and no outlet near either of the light stands next to the bed. There is no formal enclosed closet but the open air built-in hanging rack works good enough as long as you don't bring a gigantic amount of clothes.
