Food is ok, just don't expect any hello and good bye. But then again, it's Italy. You shouldn't expect any good customer service in the entire country. And McDonald's here charges you for ketchup, and don't even bother asking for extra napkins... you will probably get kicked out of airport.

The worst McDonald's i've ever been!!! Employees look dirty, they were eating spaguetti from a box and at the same time cooking. The floor is terribly dirty, full of potatoes smashed and rubish, but the worst thing was that one of them was pushing a tray full of tuppers with his feet all around the kitchen on the dirty floor. The food is cold which means is not even fresh prepared. In a WORD: DISGUSTING.
SOMEBODY SHOULD DO SOMETHING, THEY ARE DANGEROUS FOR THE PUBLIC HEATLH
