By far the best hosting restaurant we've been to while traveling around Europe for the last 4 weeks. The staff were super friendly and most importantly for us, very child friendly. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. You definitely feel satisfied afterwards. The prices were very very reasonable for a very central and busy restaurant and easily accessible from public transport being across from the railway station. After we left we had to fight through at least a dozen people waiting to get in. The restaurant was very full but staff always remained charming, courteous and super friendly. I would highly recommend this place. Clean. Modern. Presentable and great customer service👍. Thank you for giving us a lovely experience.

In my honest opinion this is one of the best steak house around in Firenze. We showed up early around 5:30pm and had a great dinner. Our waiter “Antonio M” was extremely helpful and professional. His customer service skills is top notch! We maybe back tomorrow for more.

Our steak was fantastic here. We had to send it back once to cook it a little more but that is to be expected. The reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because we waited a solid 45 minutes just to pay our check. We shouldn't have to chase down people down to give them money. No one came by our table in that time either so we easily could have walked out but we still have a conscious haha. The waiter felt bad for neglecting us so they gave us a few free limonciello shots but still frustrating to wait that long to pay a check that big. But again food was very good, the white truffles sauce was amazing and actually got us quite hooked on white truffles

After seeing the reviews here for Trattoria Dall'Oste we reserved a table and were not disappointed. The restaurant looks clean, beautiful, and modern. We were taken to our table straight away by friendly and very professional staff.
Trattoria Dall'Oste serve a brilliant 3 course meal for 2 including; a salami and cheese platter starter, a perfectly cooked 950-1000g Florentine T-bone steak with accompanying sauces (the truffle sauce was a favourite) on a hot plate so you can continue to cook the steak further than the medium rare served if you desire, and a scrumptious cake with a custard filling for dessert. You also receive bread, still water, and a 1/2 bottle of delicious red wine, all for €70.
My partner and I are Australian. We know our steaks. We export the stuff to the rest of the free world. So when I say that the steak here was one of the best we have had; both the quality of the steak itself and in the cooking, rest assured it is world class. The wine pairing with the meal was also perfect. The staff couldnt have been more attentive or helpful. Trattoria Dall'Oste has been the best dining experience we have had in Italy so far. A big thank you to the Trattoria Dall'Oste team for a perfect evening.

Great dry-aged steak!! We asked for medium but perhaps medium-well would have been even nicer. Great pasta as well. No wonder the long queues. Very touristy though given the location. But a no brained to visit.
