Unorganised and expensive tour. Do not book. Do it on your own or find another tour operator. Basically you pay €89 for the bus ride to the first town, the tickets on the train, to and from the other towns, and the bus ride back. The staff are poor communicators, provide minimal information and no history or recommendations. They do not talk to the group only people who approach them one by one or if the group asks questions. Beautiful calm day with many boats on the water and our boat ride was cancelled due to poor conditions as one guide stated, then the other side said that the boats were not running in the direction we wanted. As a tour operator, don't you book the boats promised in your cruise? Time is wasted checking in 30 plus groups once before we board a train and then when we hop off the train five minutes later. Excessive time wasted. Poor organisation was discussed amongst other tour members.

Be careful, last minute cancellation with any compensation.
We went to Milan two days on our car route just to see the last supper of Da Vinci, and we booked at this company a tour.
They cancelled the tour one week before allegating problems of availability with the provider, they returned the money (that they already had charged in advanced). We found another one with availabilty for the same day as the fist but different activities including the last supper, (they charged again the cost in advance) and the day before the tour, they call us saying that the tour was no longer available for us.
So we are in Milan, we don't have the tour and we will return back home without accomplishing our objective thanks to them, and without any penalisation for their actuation.
