Unos timadores, no te recogen en el lugar de recogida, se quedan con el dinero, te ofrecen después otro coche peor lleno de arañazos y piden fianzas desorbitadas

Non sbloccano il deposito sulla carta di credito. Anche se ti dicono che lo hanno fatto. Vergognosi. Non usatela.

Very polite and professional staff at first. But.. my car (a Fiat, nothing like promised on the website) seemed much used and abused before me. It shuddered so much at 90 km/h on the front end on the motorway that I had to stop, fearing that my front wheel would come off. I am talking very unsafe, beyond uncomfortable!
Their admin charges can hit out of the blue (they charged me EUR 42 for providing name and address to local authorities for a parking ticket!!!).
Stay away -- Firefly is a bargain that you'll pay for twice. Prepare to be politely screwed!
