Hated it. The worst place and staff was very impolite. I told them about not having a place to charge my phone and they were very hostile to the situation. Spoiled my entire stay in Florence and made me miss my next train too.

Convenient location very close to train station and attractions, staffs are very nice. General breakfast choices but tasty. It's next to a busy street so you expect a bit noise sometime.

It was our best hotel in 3 weeks in Italy! Everything is very clean and the place is very calm. You can go to the city center in 10 mins by walk and 2 mins from the train/bus station.

Awesome quaint place to stay! Very clean and staff is like you are visiting grandma's house! All you need for a good nights sleep. Extra bonus---walk from the train station. This hotel is a very pleasant surprise!
