Lovely. Tess is as sweet as professional, you can actually breathe the good vibes Guido and her send out.
Her bilingual teaching is very practical for not italians ☺.

Rewarding and restorative class!
After a few weeks of traveling and a few days of exploring in Florence, the class led by Guido was an amazing experience. I felt challenged by the vinyasa and also by the instructor, but also felt confident despite being out of practice for a few weeks due to traveling. The vibe in the class was welcoming among the locals, which was an added bonus for me as a tourist. Yoga garage offers truly great yoga instruction and practice, highly recommend to all!!

My wife and I went to a class on our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. We are both novice (to use the term generously, it was my 3rd class ever) yogis but wanted to get some exercise in between all the sight seeing in Florence. Guido lead the course masterfully, accommodating all levels of skill/experience while emphasizing proper form and breathing throughout. It was definitely challenging, but I left feeling amazing. So much so that I went back for another class two days later! In short, I would highly recommend Yoga Garage for travelers visiting Florence as a perfect recess from the delicious food and beautiful sites.

Practicing yoga when you are traveling has it challenges. Yoga Garage will exceed your expectations regardless of the level of your practice. The teachers were truly wonderful, the classes offered modifications suitable for any level. The room is awesome, the atmosphere was very peaceful. My sincere thanks to Guido and Tess!
