Appallingly rude and unhelpful staff at this pharmacy. The woman "pharmacist" behind the counter was selectively rude with the non-locals like myself. She refused to acknowledge my English and basically threw my stuff into a bag with such force and attitude that some of the items kept falling back out. She also didn't hand back my card or receipt and just dropped it on the counter.
It's truly unfortunate that this place is at such a busy corner of the train station where foreigners and visitors come to experience Firenze and this is the service they're in for.
Also, would've been good to know this- you must get a ticket and wait for your number to be called in order to buy anything or speak to the pharmacist. No one will tell you this but you'll figure it out when people start cutting you in the queue.
