Unlike the wholesale Metro/Makro chains in other euro countries, this one is expensive and filled with most unhelpful, lazy italian staff I ever met. In most cases outright rude, will make you wait for ages if you want to enter the store with foreign metro card. Typing with 5cm fingernails is so hard it has to take forever
