By far, the worst Budget car rental experience ever! I read the couple of previous reviews and thought, how bad could it be? Very bad! Over two hours waiting and I still don't have my reserved car.

Why do car rental companies insist on giving their customers consistently horrible experiences? You'll be out of business in 10 years because of these horrible experiences and new alternatives will offer great experiences.

Any arangement that you made throught internet, does not matter for them!!! The worst trip experience for me and my family!!! No trust!!!

Avoid this agency which took advantage of my physical weakness to charge me a full tank option that I never chose. You arrive late, at midnight because your flight is late and you sign a contract where they added a full tank option at 50€. When you give your car back on sunday night, no fuel station around the airport take VISA so you need to have the exact amount in cash. We only had 10€ so charged 10€ but one bar was missing on the fuel car counter so Avis-Budget said it was not full and charged us a full tank option which is the equivalent of 8€ per liter! They did not want to know anything. This is a total rip off.
