Very friendly!! rooms are spacious, the shower was luxurious, and loved being able to order food for the room. Bed was really comfortable, and again, everyone was very helpful and friendly! Especially perfect is that it is attached to terminal 1, just a short walk from arrivals and to departures, truly convenient!

Very nice rooms, and convenient location. Windows in the room we're very soundproof. Be prepared to walk at least a quarter of a mile to get to your room- Very long hallways, a bit spread out.

If you are here as a tourist it isnt a great location even if the train station is 10 seconds away. The hotel itself is great. Big rooms. Friendly staff and authentic food. Great hotel for transit passengers.

Only Hotel I’ve ever stayed in with no access to an iron! Almost could not believe it. No iron in the room and on calling to request one, I’m advised to go down to the second floor and use a shared iron in a room some place... with the walk to the elevators (also the longes walk ever experienced to get to my room) and then bumbling around to find the room with the iron... ironing a shirt takes 35 minutes. Crappy hotel standard irons are like $10. What is going on here Sheraton brand? I call B.S. It’s like staying in a youth hostel but with at 20 minute walk there and back. What are you thinking!

Love the restaurant. It offers great high quality food. It tastes really good. The plates signature is amazing. Very nice setup. I ordered Ravioli seafood and smoked salmon. Super. The service is excellent.
