The lounge is worth the money if you have a more than just few hours of layover. Be aware that shower charges are extra.

AIR CANADA uses this lounge for business class passengers. A standard lounge, well laid out, but needs more power outlets.

Me and my wife had a wonderful experience here. The place is big enough and has enough space so that one can feel comfortable even when crowded. A good choise of drinks and nice food buffet is offered including starters, some hot meals, fresh fruits, snaks and deserts. The personnel made the difference between a good place and a wonderful one. Out flight was delayed several times so we spent quite a lot time in here till the closing time and more. The receptionist not only let us spend about 45 min after closing time till the place was cleaned but she also call her coleage from other lounge that work longer so that we continue our stay in that lounge without any surcharge. Well worth the acces price paid. It is better to buy the pass to the lounge online as it is €35 instead of €44 if you pay at the entrance.

This lounge is a disgrace for Milano & a disgrace for Italy! No hot food of any description, only cold canteen sandwiches and basic spirits. Not even one bourbon.
The kicker is, you walk past a couple of great looking restaurants & watch stores on the way in, only to be told "sorry it's impossible to go back once you're in". Pleasant seating areas but no audio on the TV. Never again.
