Extremely well located in between the 2 main areas i wanted to visit. Nice place with AC with brand new furniture. Little trouble with the parking (it was full) but the owner was kind enough to let me park in front and still look after my car. The street is super narrow but i guess this is typical italy !

Near to Central Train Station, centre and port. A great hotel with new and comfortable room. Great and friendly staff who help you for everything.

Ideal location, right in the heart of the city centre, close to Principe train & bus station.
It was ideal to have our own bathroom, a safe and a quiet AC that could run all night.
Friendly staff.
Overall very happy with our stay, and relatively cheap compared to the other places in Genoa city centre.

This hotel is pretty basic and simple. The rooms are dated but are perfectly fine. The wifi took a bit to figure out but worked well once it was squared away. The tv was like having an iPad on the wall but we weren't there for that so it didn't bother us. Nothing fancy by any means but a decent distance from most things and was what we needed for a simple place to crash. The staff were very friendly and helpful and a delight to talk to.
