Ottimo per accoglienza e professionalità.
Struttura del ristorante e servizi perfetta .
Tavoli ben distanziati e con ottima vista fronte mare.
Cucina squisita.
E per le principali feste, tipo Natale ultimo dell'anno etc. , un buffet veramente ricco e servizio ineccepibile.

There is unfortunately not an option for a zero star so I have to give these guys 1. We travelled all the way from Switzerland and could have stayed anywhere near Cinque Terre but we picked this hotel because of their good internet presence and self-promoted top restaurant. We asked the front desk if we needed reservations and he replied "not for tonight." Well it turns out, they were pretty busy and pretty full in the patio area by 9 pm. The restaurant has a Michelin rating, but the sign doesn't say how many stars, and that's the first sign. There was no host to seat us. Even iHop has a host. We stood in the middle of the restaurant for over 15 minutes waiting to be served. We asked multiple waiters if we could be seated but not only would they try to avoid eye contact, they were physically pushing us out of the way. It was pretty clear they did not want to serve us. I personally asked one of the waiters if we could be seated as there were 2 empty tables and he replied "Just wait a few minutes." Since this is not my first time eating at a restaurant, I could not tolerate being insulted and did not feel like eating there. Mind you, our group was 3 people, there were 2 open tables in the patio, and all the seats were open in the inside. From the looks of it, the food was pretty well presented even though a few customers were complaining about their order. But as everyone in the food business knows, the front end of the kitchen is much harder to operate. Lots of people know how to cook well but running a restaurant is a service business and you need to know how to serve customers otherwise you should just invite your family and friends over and not call it a restaurant. To our shock, since we were hotel guests, we thought complaining to the front desk would make a difference. But they told us we can eat somewhere else if we did not like their restaurant. In the days were online reviews make and break restaurants, it is shocking to see a business treating their customers this way. They don't deserve my business or yours. You'll find a few family owned restaurants across the Pier who give you good food and service because it is their business and they care. Stay away from these a**holes!
