Graag hotel with nice people. Good breakfast and graag rooms with a nice shower. Only downside is the parking.

the hotel reception staff get a 100 /100 . My elderly mother and father were on a cruise ship where my mother suffered a suspected stroke she was taken to hospital in Livorno where the doctors operated for a brain hemorrhage. my elderly father was put in to the hotel recommended by the cruise ship company I flew out to assist my father two days later .. the staff were do helpful with all sorts of assistance Taxis , doctors , private nurse to look after my father. The hotel is in s great position just accross the road from the port and the entrance to the town. comfortable rooms hotel has a restarunt .I did not use that other than the breakfast which was okay. nice outside table area but never ever found a waiter . comfortable in the public areas . due to the nature off my trip, not all amenities were used . The wash rooms vlose to the reception are were very clean and tidy

I have stayed at this hotel several times, but always short stays for work. It is a great location on the waterfront. There is a restaurant, but I have never eaten there. The hotel gives a 10% discount at the restaurant. Breakfast isn't bad, but nothing hot. Rooms are small, but nice and clean with A/C. Waterside view is beautiful. Staff is friendly and speaks English well.

Good and clean hotel. Nice breakfast and hotel very close (walking disrance) to port of ferries. Livorno is a surprisingly authentic city
