The employees don't want to help at all and they seem to have made a big scratch on the car when we were returning it, so we would have to pay 115€ more.
It took us 2:30h to pickup the car and it was dirty when they gave to us, we came back to the garage and they cleaned a bit on the outside.

Horrible service, employees there not interested in helping at all.
We made reservation and arrived on time, but they took care of unreserved customers and kicked us out when their closing time arrived. When we asked for the purpose of reservation, they said no need for reservation just come on opening hours. When we arrived there right when they open in the morning, they replied: "no reservation no car."
They basically left us hanging dry! Other car rental services may be slightly more expensive, but at least they had good services and try to get you a car.
