Horrible company😡😡😡😡😡 I booked a car, just like it should be, but when we arrived it came out that the booking wasn't right, so there weren't any car available!!! This was when we needed to go to another city, which is 200 km far from Milan!!! And the only way to get there was your own car!! Then we were about to run over all car rental companies in the area, trying to find free car!!! After an hour we only found one going for two times expensive than we expected!!

Without a credit card but with a Debit and PrePaid Credit Card we were fortunate to have found CiaoRentaCar who were willing to accept us. They accommodated us in a speedy and unbureaucratic manner which was a great experience after being refused at other locations. Unfortunately we had a small accident when someone crashed into our car. Upon the return of the car CiaoRentaCar took 5 minutes to close the case and promtly handed back our deposit without being asked for. Although not a known rental agency, their conduct was forthcoming and customer oriented. They did not offer fractional payment for late delivery and we were charged another day, and we recommend you to clean your car properly before handing it over as they will charge for 40 Euro for cleaning up service. Overall we strongly endorse this company and will go back to them next time in town.

Take care with this rental company and read the contract carefully. For example, they charge 25 Eur just for their "effort" of forwarding you by e-mail a traffic fine, should you receive one from Milano Police.
I personally hate companies which try to squeeze money out of you by any means necessary!
