Remove the customer service! Too long to explain but in summary not happy at all. Rude people, expensive and took for ever to give the deposit back. They don't accept debit cards and they only had child sits on the office room, we had to take them personally to the car together with it bags and the baby. Nobody helped but they charged full price

Hanno cancellato la prenotazione, effettuata online, mentre stavo raggiungendo fisicamente il punto noleggio di Linate, per poi chiedermi il prezzo da "banco" notevolmente maggiorato. Per non parlare di come hanno poi gestito la situazione dopo le mie rimostranze. Poco professionali.

They make accusations without the respectives proofs.
