Complaints: beware of unwritten taxes that you pay days after you give back the car! We were charged extra 120euro afterwards for supposed extra charges that we didn't know of and when we called to have some information, the customer service 's smart answer was: you should have read your contract better!! Even if we did unknowingly sign to extra charges why is it that they were only charged AFTER we gave the car back? So there was a deliberate will to scam us. It is shameful that such a big company will resort to petty behaviors of the sort!
