Very dated hotel. Staff friendly but rooms are really limited. Beds not comfortable and bedding poor quality. Didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel so it wasn't worth complaining but it's definitely not a 4 star hotel.

This hotel is definitely not up to 4* standard. There were ants in our room and every room came with free snacks but the crisps were so dry and had no flavour. Not even salt to taste. There was no milk in the room for you to make a cuppa and they didn't put a bag in the toilet bin.
The lift is also really small. It says it can fit up to 4 people but it would only fit 1 fat person. The outside door take a while to open before you can enter.
The hotel is situated in a BRUK down area with graffiti everywhere.

This hotel is situated at the middle if the city... It's rooms are big, neat and tidy... Very good atmosphere... I like it
