Our apartment was very big and comfortable. We did not spend much time there but it was clean enough, and well equipped. The big problem was that we landed at night, but this place will not check you in only after 8 PM, so it was very problematic to work this out.

Nice apartment, big and clean and next to metro station. Negative points were the electric boiler, we were 6 people and it took 3 hrs for us taking showers, and the check in up to 8pm... Also be careful parking the car in the area, we got our trunk opened and luggage stolen.

Not much insulation. Very loud plumbing and could hear neighbours walking around. They also have ants. It was comfortable and clean and good location to Milan

A very very bad experience with this place. Avoid at all cost. We arrived 30 minutes after the check-in time closed due to late landing at Milan airport. They would not let us check-in and cancelled the whole booking leaving us with 4 children with nowhere to go in Milan. A very horrible lady spoke to me the next day in a very rude manner the next day saying we can't even stay for the remainder of our time there since they have sold the rooms to another person. I can see from the reviews above that someone else had exactly the same treatment. I only wish I had read the reviews of this place before I booked. Buyer beware. I'm actually looking to report this to the Italian version of our financial ombudsman because they are clearly making alot of money from this pattern of behaviour. Nasty Nasty People. Avoid at all cost!!!!

Please don't book this apartment, they have very strick rules on check in time and the service was extremely poor and unprofessional. I booked 3 nights at this apartment and requested a late check in two weeks ago before my arrival date. I received a declined request on the date of my arrival claiming that check in is impossible after the required check in time. But at the same time I received a call from the apartment and claimed that one of the staff will wait for us for 10 minutes. Due to the train was delayed, I arrived 10 minutes late of the check in time. But the reception was closed, therefore we needed to find another hotel nearby and moved back to the apartment on the next day. On the next day, we were notified that the apartment cancelled the whole booking without our approval and they re-sale the apartment to another customer. However, they refused to refund the amount that we paid for the three nights. So there are actually making money from both sides of customers, while we needed to find another hotel to stay for the remaining two nights. This apartment is extremely irresponsible and unprofessional, I strongly advise everyone not to even consider this apartment. This apartment completely ruined my days in Milan.
