Very dirty hotel hairs and dirt all over my room stains everywhere. Didn't sleep the whole night felt very unsafe here and the reception keeps your key everytime you go out so they could easy go up and take your stuff very loud outside because of trains during the night and lots of refugees lying outside hotel and beggars not the safest place and can be quiet scary for children

Great simple hotel on a budget for the single traveller and it is located near the station where you can use the metro or the train to get around. Rooms are clean and decent. Breakfast provided was so-so and the rooms don't have a kettle.

Great place for a night or more. Delicious breakfast, multiple types of tarts. The staff is very friendly. Close by the central Milan train station. Will go again

The rooms are so so: street noise and the windows are not very tight. The price is reasonable for a hotel, but you can find comparable AirBnB for half to two thirds of the price. Main benefit is a location, which is convenient for train access and airport bus transfers. Central part is walkable but might be a bit far for some. Friendly personnel. They knew we were leaving early in the morning and packed croissant and a toast for us. I hope it is not what their actual breakfast look like.
