Nice hotel as it's modern, clean, good breakfast and close to the city center.
Fine rooms with goods beds and air conditioning.
Only no free parking, there are a couple of free spots at the entrance which are occupied all the time so you need to use the parking garage which is like 10 meters away. I don't remember the pricerange but I believe it was like EUR 8,- a day. Btw this is the nicest (underground) parking of Italy ;-)) Because of this, 4 stars out of 5, as the hotel advertises with free parking.

Room and breakfast is fine but the meeting room we booked for 40 people is maximum good for 20....

Sunday night and I was able to ask for a room service which was quick and tasty!! Breakfast really good. Only issue was not being able to turn the air con on as the Hotel turn it off due to autumn season... But it's still warm some days!

Full disclosure: I was upgraded from a standard room to a suite which might make me less impartial... but: the rooms are big and the furniture is comfortable. A real 4 star experience! The breakfast buffet was definitely a lot better than in other Italian 4 stars. I really enjoyed it every morning. Only downside I can find are the missing power outlets near the bed.
They do offer free parking but only have 3 lots available. If those are full it's 20 €/day in the parking garage next door.

I have stayed in this one and the one across street. At first I thought ibis's superior single is better but NH has more attention to detail such as the breakfast. Ibis's is nowhere near as good as NH and NH offers sleeper in room which is rare in European hotels.
