Very good service. Had a wrong price registrered and the personnel informed me about this and gave me the correct (lower) company rate. Good room with a nice bed.

The first room they gave us had a disgusting smell and the bathroom door didn't close property so we had to ask to be changed to another room. The food at the restaurant was not so good either.

Great service for my family and kids, as a welcome gift they gave them a little keychain pandas meanwhile we did the check in.
The hotel is very modern and chic!

Excellent service. Extremely competent and helpful staff... We have experienced some problems while in Milano and they did the utmost to help us solve our issues... Definitely recommended!
