Nice room, nice service. Also they have a "Handy" Android phone which you can use until checkout. But the UI of that phone is awfully hiding the AOSP UI. It is not very easy to use another launcher. But overall, it is cool because of unlimited data. P.S. : THE LOCKSCREEN SHOWS ADS

Clean and quiet room. The personnel was really helpful. The bed was very comfortable.
The bad points : quite far from city center. Tram stop is a front of the hotel but you need about 20-25 min to reach Duomo.

Liked everything. Location, wifi, room comfort, lobby bar, fitness, breakfast, environment, cafe close to hotel-everything was perfect. Bravo!

Great service and comfortable. It is A bit far from city centre but there are two tram that take you there just step outside the door so it's convenient. Breakfast was so so but you don't go to Italy to eat hotel breakfast.

This is my second consecutive visit to Hotel Raffaello, Milan. To begin with, the staff is courteous and helpful. They serve sumptuous breakfast and the best espresso. The room and restroom are clean, well appointed and functional. They even offer free pickup and drop facility to the exhibition center. Lastly, this place is value for money!
