Me and my daugther had dinner in their restaurant Ottogonale. The atmosphere was real luxery and tastful. The service was friendly, highly sufficiënt en respectful. The food was delightful en the whine splendid! We had a wonderful evening at the window on the first floor of the Galleria Vict. Emmanuel. Strong recommendation!

I have travelled to so many countries and I've stayed at many 5 stars hotels, this hotel should not be more than 3 stars & I'm being generous! It is one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed at. The floors are very dusty as you can see in the picture below. Half of the curtain isn't hanged to the pipe. The rooms & the whole floor smells horrible. The toilet has stains from a previous guest. The walls have many stains and holes in them. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I really hope the management read my comment and look at the pictures and do something about it. The location of the hotel is marvelous which made me cancel my reservation at Radisson Blu to book here. I have paid lots of money to stay here for 5 days. Unfortunately I paid in full before checking in!! I went back to the reception & informed them that I prefer to sleep on the couch at the lobby rather than sleeping in the room. We were 4 guest & all 4 of us are disgusted with the hotel. I will upload more pictures tomorrow.

I loved our suite! King sized bed, separate bath tub and shower, AC worked well! The location is perfect. A little noisy, but interior wood shutters work to keep noise out. I would definitely recommend it!

Horrible experience staying at this hotel. Despite pretty cozy rooms and magnificent location, there are some things worth mentioning before choosing it as your destination.
1) THEFT. A very expensive ring got stolen straight from our room by the housekeeping staff. The reception was responsive, however there were no cameras in the hall, nor any security countermeasures for similar situations.
2) UNWORTHY BREAKFASTS. Breakfasts that cost 30 EUR for buffet (plus additional charges for dishes out of menu) are definitely not worth the price as they taste horrible
3) POOR SERVICE IN THE RESTARAUNT. The restaurant personnel was very slow and unresponsive. 20 minutes waiting for waiter to approach and a good half an hour waiting for our 2 tasteless benedict eggs.
Overall, very professional staff on reception and concierge, but some aspects leave to wish better. Taking in account the price you are paying, definitely Hotel Townhouse Galleria does not deserve it's 5 stars.
