Awful experience does not even deserve a one star. We had room on eighth floor had to go out onto fire escape and up a lot of stairs to get to room. Room was below standard expected. Receptionist was rude would not move us or offer a refund. Do not stay here and part with your hard earned cash

quite,clean,great for budget travel, beside central station...and it's not far away from lima metro station so you can can take metro to all places in the city..

The reason why I write the review is that I complain to hotel about the unfair treatment.
There are two reasons :
First, the hotel staff came inside my room without my any permission. The window opened in my room and the situation was really unstable and unsafety in many ways. When I returned my room, I thought I had been burgled. It was really an unpleasant and terrible experience.
Second, the fire accident occurred right next to my room, but the hotel didn't change my room even though I continued to ask 5 times more. I asked to change my room with another as far away from the fire accident as possible, but the reception was intransigent and unhelpful. I've told them many times already, but they didn't take a care of my situation. Also, the hotel showed no consideration whatever for my circumstance.
I received no answer, no satisfaction and no reassurance. Hotel manager didn't even show up and didn't apologize to me. But once I realized it, it was too late almost around 10 pm. Embarrassment had kept me from doing all sorts of things.
I didn't get to sleep until four in the morning even tough I should awake a early morning because I should to go Malpensa airport until 10am. The room conditions were really terrible and disgusting including reception, service, and fire. I actually couldn't sleep and rest in my room during this terrible night when I was staying at this hotel because the fire accident broke out the chinese restaurant right to next my room! You know what? the burnt down restaurant was directly below my room. Noxious fumes were rising from the fire. My room was filled with smoke, so it was difficult to breathe. I was almost choked by the smoke and disgusting burning smells.

A pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and had air conditioning. The location was very close to the central station and had a convenience store around the corner. For the price, it was a good value for money.
