The staff was not welcoming. The bathroom only had hot water so it was not possible to take a shower without getting burnt. The shower had no cabin so the room got flooded after. Only good side is the location, very close to Central Station.

If you are on a very tight budget and need to stay near Milano Centrale, this is a great place! 7 minute walk to the trainstation, good pizza place just around the corner and small shop for cold beer and wine over the street.

Comfortable and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing fancy or impressive about the hotel, but it's a great option for anyone looking for a budget hotel in the area.

One can see how a long time ago this was a 4-star hotel. Now it is so aged that it is barely a 2-star one, and I am not a snob.
Terrible elevator (a single one), rooms barely holding together, air-conditioning is useless for heating so it can be cold at night, might be problems with hot water, etc.
A very, very old hotel but cheap and with a great location. It's okay for a short stay.
