Nice hotel and friendly helpful staff.
Nice breakfast with plenty of choice.
Went for a relaxing drink in the hotel bar in the evening, only to find you need to book. Very dissapointed as we had to go out into the rain to find a bar so we could have a cosy drink and relax.
This spoilt what would have been a pleasant stay.

Nice place , had a great time super nice staff. The metro is entrance is close made it convenient to get around.

It's a fine establishment. The afternoon menu is rather sparse. Staff is courteous, but I wouldn't say that they are warm or overtly friendly.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The head concierge was incredibly knowledgeable and secured us a table at an out of the way restaurant for lunch which was one of the best meals of the trip.

I will be writing this review for all you guys that don't understand Italian. I am an 11 year old, so if you are looking at this review and you have kids that you're thinking of bringing along with you, you'll know that this will be the perfect hotel!
We arrived at the hotel at around lunch time and the service was amazing and they greeted us the second we got there. We were helped by the concierge immediately and because we couldn't speak very much Italian we were passed on to another concierge that was from Puerto Rico and spoke to us about which restaurants were recommended and were are some nice places to go.
The next morning we woke up and had a very good breakfast with different cold cuts, yogurts, fruits, and cheeses. The food was very good, but could have been better.
The next morning was our day that we had to leave on our train to Venice, but as usual the concierge was very helpful, told us contacts that he had in Venice, and got us a very helpful taxi.
This hotel was very good and there was barely any thing that we could complain about.
P.S. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was HUGE and modern.P.P.S. I am a girl.
