I wish I could give no stars.
The wait time is ridiculous. 1 member of staff with over 20 people waiting equates to a 3 hour wait. I would recommend using Avis, enterprise,Alamo, goldcar or budget. There is no wait time or very little on any other car hire providers.
There are 6 points of sale and only one in use, absolutely awful customer service.
If you have an urgent or time sensitive appointment to make from the airport. USE SOMEBODY ELSE!!!!!!

The waiting for pick up your pre booked car is just insane! On a Saturday evening in September I had to wait over 45 minutes (there where only 6 clients in front of me).
I should have checked the reviews of this location before preparing for my car.

Prepaid for my auto rental online through Auto Europe and was told to pick up my car at the Dollar counter. (Hertz, Thrifty and Dollar all share the same counter) When I got to the desk I had to wait in line for 2 hrs. After which I was asked to wait another 20 min for them to wash the car. In the meantime Avis and Budget had no lines. I had hoped by reserving with Auto Europe I would get better service. If you fly into Milan I would recommend that you use one of the other agencies even if they are a little more expensive.

I nevere to had to wait half an hour to get the key for the car, if there are two people in front of you.
If you return the car, you have to find out, where is the Hertz Car Return. (It's Car Return B)
From Hertz you get only an Info-sheet where is the best place to refill the car.
If you return the car it's not just "Drop the key", you have to stay again in a line (2 people another 15min) to get the key returned. The man on the counter is writing (I guess a novel) a whole sheet....
So if you take a car in Milano-Airport from Hertz, calculate on both ways an hour extra :(

Basically you are better off putting directions for Sheraton hotel in Google maps. You have to go to Telepass sign for Parking. Just before you enter the telwpass area, stay left. You will see Avis. Go further to parking area B.
