To describe this hotel and the staff and service one word is needed. Outstanding...... but that does not even describe the pleasure and excellent service this hotel lavishes on their guests. From check in to check out you are a VIP in every sense of the word.

Great location, wonderful service with access to wifi and great bar tender employee, Carlos Rosa a unique young man; there environment is spectacular with a professional team. The most that brought my attention was the lobby, with it's amazing historic apparatus and the articles are remarkable!!!

Great place with good breakfast. WiFi in rooms not for free(=1star less) (do not understand as last time I dont know why I got a voucher to use for free) anyhow roming is for free now in EU for EUans.
If you want to go with kids to a pizza restaurant go to Rossopomodoro if you leave the front corner good of the hotel go to the left on the broad street and after 7 minutes you are there (opens at 19:30). (Hint!!)Ask the water for a glass of wine recommendation to your meal.(Hinted!!)

Great location. Service was fantastic. The lobby is full of paraphernalia that gave it a historic feel. Rooms were a decent size and the restaurant was great. Easy wLk into downtown Monza as well as the rose garden across the road.

We had a pretty great stay here. The location is beautiful, right in front of the villa, and the staff is probably the most professional team I've seen.
The décor is quite interesting, reminiscent of a 1800s law firm (in a good way), all dark woods and walking sticks. It does deliver the right feeling.
Food was also quite nice, but we only tested room service.
