A great hotel. Very clean, a beautiful building, great facilities and very helpful staff. The restaurant is excellent, very good quality food, well priced for the quality you get and set in a beautiful 13th century courtyard.
The location of the hotel is makes it easy to visit the many great sights of Centro Storico easily, the hotel is just a few streets away from the Duomo Cathedral. The beautiful church of San Giovanni a Carbonara is just up the street and is well worth visiting. The location of the hotel is in the centre of Naples, so a bit of care is needed when walking about in the evening. The southern end of the road can get a bit dodgy in the evenings as you head towards the train station direction.
Overall this is a great hotel, I would definitely come back to stay there. I loved Naples, it is different from anywhere I've ever been, even though it was a bit of a culture shock at first, and the beauty of the churches and the artwork packed into the many museums is stunning. I would definitely come back.

Fantastic hotel which I struggled to find faults with. Room was spacious, spa facilities were great. Recommend the breakfast option. The hotel is roughly a 10 minute walk from the main train station, and a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. Great hotel.

Naples is a dirty, crowded city, and I have no desire to return. However, this hotel was very nice and comfortable. If I'm ever in Naples again, this is where I'd stay!

Issue I find with this hotel is the inconsistency among staff, some are helpful and polite, however the ones that tend to leave the impression are not.
Upon requesting for a recommendation for salon, this was greeted by a "I don't know".
As for the rest, the breakfast was great, with the food and the staff here being above average.
The room size was also sufficient.
However, as my first and last impression of the staff here was not so great, it detracts from the overall experience.

Lovely hotel, staff are very helpful and speak good English. Would highly recommend. A lot of people have said they're not comfortable with the area. But we didn't find any issue with it, it is just like the rest of naples - just be ready to jump out of the way of fast mopeds.
