Stayed there in September 2017. Excellent customer service. The young Lady Paula at the front desk accommodated us very well. Excellent service with a smile. Restaurant was also very nice and great prices as well. Definitely will return.

Out of the way hotel needs some tlc to smarten it up.

We had 1 week holiday in this hotel.i like it..the staff kind and helpful..in my opinion they have to change something with the pool ..because the water was cold for me...i think if they heating a bit more guest coming outside and enjoying the cocktails or coffee there :) but anyway grazia for this time:)

Staff were fantastic, the pool was great and very family friendly. Some nightly family orientated activities would make it the best hotel/resort in Naples

Nice pool area and friendly staff. Quiet rooms. We rate this place as 3 stars. Traveling with 2 teenagers.
