Recently visited Palermo and had the pleasure of dealing with Sicily Car Rental. I was made to feel like a king when it came to the hospitality of their staff. I received a comp upgrade due availability and found I was in and out very rapidly (not like several competitors I have dealt with!). I will definitely be giving you my business every time I visit. My experience was overwhelming!

The worst car rental ever. Longest and slowest line first of all , They took 700Euros for a minor scratch that I never knew. Total Fraud and rip off.

Do not rent from this company! Save your money many other actual companies. Disorganized slow and checked the car in agent drove it off brought back claimed we scratched way down below the front.... terrible company save your self

Be careful with this company. If it were possible i would mark zero stars! They riped us off. We still have to get back 800€ but no reply. So go to another store!!

Be very careful with this Rental! They tried to charge us for damage that was already in the car, even if we had photos as proof. Service was extremely rude and be aware that if any toll on highway etc is unpaid the company will charge you 60 dollars on your credit card! So instead 2,5 you end up paying 62,5. They also lie that you can not pay it anyother way, dont believe them but check autostrade.it and make claims if the toll seems too high or you were unable to pay it.
