Sehr freundliches Personal, neuwertiges Auto in sehr gutem Zustand. Wir bekamen sogar ein gratis Update. Wie bei jedem Mietauto empfiehlt es sich, etwas mehr für einen guten Versicherungsschutz auszugeben. Bei uns ist alles gut gegangen. Falls etwas gewesen wäre: maximal 90 EUR Bearbeitungsgebühr.

Hemos aquilado un coche durante una semana. Durante el check-in no revisan los posibles daños del coche, pero durante el check-out se miran hasta el último detalle. Atentos cuando os entreguen el coche.
Por lo demás, todo correcto. Excepto que no saben hablar inglés y la comunicación se hace un poco complicada.

We rented a car for 2 weeks with a E300 excess.. After returning home we noticed they had taken E90 from credit card. When queried they said there was damage. We were not aware of damage but conceded there may have been superficial scratches. Next day they took a further E300 from credit card. At this point we arranged with bank to stop further international deductions. We asked for invoices to prove damage costs. They were never provided. We realise now that they were determined to get the excess even before we took possession of the car. This company is definitely not recommended.

NEVER AGAIN Sicily Car
I would NOT recommend the company Sicily Rent Car. Per day of rental small Fiat Panda I had to pay 80Euro !!!. They completed 6 liters of fuel for which I paid and additional fee for refueling counted 25 Euro . Terrible, embarrassing , they do everything to pluck the customer - like the Mafia
