It could be an excellent hotel, but my room was not covered by the WiFi and the c was not working.

You get a lot for what you pay for. The hotel is very clean and everyone is really nice and helpful. The location is great, near the harbour and in the centre. You are also 10 min away from a direct bus to Mondello beach and 10 min away to the Palermo Central Station, where you can take a train to Cefalu or Catania. Overall more than happy with this hotel.

We needed one extra night in Palermo at the last minute, and chanced upon this hotel. It was wonderful: centrally located; recently renovated; great breakfast; super-friendly staff. The bed frame was a little larger than the mattress, so be careful of your shins! Exceptionally good value for money. We’d happily go back.

We (young couple) stayed at Hotel Columbia in Palermo for 5 nights. Although we had a noisy neighbour on the first night the hotel staff dealt with this minor problem incredibly quickly, efficiently and without question. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It's location is perfect with the gems of Palermo within 5 minutes walking. By the time it was time to leave we felt like family. Oh - and the Palermo breakfast offered each morning is also excellent.
