Visited a few months ago and stayed there for four days. Staff is friendly but the rest was simply mediocre especially for the price we paid we obviously expected a better quality and overall service. We booked there because somehow the reviews were quite good to our great misbelieve!
No WiFi we were told it was temporary not functioning and were waiting for the commpany technicians to have it fixed. It seemed to us like it was not provided at all as the owners never mentioned the fact again during our visit. The rooms are old like the entire hotel b'fast was just very basic with the same left over cakes every day. We used to have a good coffee from outside various bars around. What is unacceptable is that the only access to the rooms is by lift so my husband who doesn't use it had to go next door through another building and take the stairs whilst I took the lift and unlocked this joining door for him to pass through. The door from the hotel was connected to the stairs but kept locked from the hotel side as it was joined to the other hotel next door.
I suggest that unless you get a cheap booking for this hotel don't even consider it.

The best hotel in Palermo. Good service. It's on the center of city and offers many way to spend your time
