Typical nh hotel with a comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff and the added bonus of a lovely pool area. The only downside are the unavoidable large tourist groups of noisy and oftentimes obnoxious and rude people who attack the buffet as if there is not enough food for everyone that can make breakfast less than enjoyable.

Nice pool, nice hotel interior, room was "superior room" code for standard room, but in good nick considering some areas of Palermo city are run down

Great pool, modern facilities, clean. Huge tv in the room, very good and helpful staff. My king bed was made of two mattresses, not so cool. Tried to take a bath and the water came brown From the rusty piping (for 5 minutes), bathroom smells moldy which is strange because looks petty new. I really want to give it a 4 star but they keep screwing it with a bunch of small details.

The staff here are wonderful, the pool is soo clean and you are supplied with fresh towels... food is good and beautifully presented... defo would come back...
