Terrible experience, avoid at all cost (and the cost is huge) I rented a car through the rentalcars website. I was served by a woman who was either incompetent or worse. Me and my partner were telling few times we do not want the full cover insurance and then she forcefully given the one (much more expensive than through the website) to us telling it is against company policy but we will be given this money back upon return. Of course it was not a blockage, it was a theft of our money and it took me half an hour including threats of calling the management for the money to be given back. Normally I had no such a terrible experience with this company, it's only this one in Pisa. Definitely the one to avoid!
By the way, another example of incompetence. We were written the location of our car, it didn't existed, instead of H28 it ended on H25, where our car was, Another couple before us was told about the non existing location on a parking lot so when we went to pick up our car, they were still looking for theirs checking all the registration plates because the location they were told did not existed either.

Waited 30 min at the airport, shuttle service = 20 persons in a bus for 4 persons to drive to the waiting hall which seemed to be 50 m further, Doing the paperwork just took 1h30 and constantly trying to sell us more bs, then looking for a missing car, received other car than reserved. Great job, amateurs!

This is the worst car rental experience I ever had. Apart from super slow and unprofessional service, they gave me confusing, misleading and false information, explaining conditions and trying to sell me services I already paid for.
When returning the car, they claimed they don't have to refund me for the fuel I was charged for in advance - despite the contrary info I received when taking the car. After a discussion, they agreed to refund my credit card - which they never did.
Avoid if you can!

빌리는 곳과 반납하는 곳이 다름. 테르미니역 지하도로 들어갈 때 우회전 하지 않고 좌회전 해야 함. 주소는 우회전으로 알려줌. 좌회전 하면 우측에 보이는 주차 타워에서 왠만한 렌트카 반납이 다 모여있음. 층마다 있으니 찾아가면 됨
