Do NOT rent your car from this company. It's fraud. They've without authorisation charged my credit card after car was returned despite it EVERYTHING was paid up front. It included free usage and we added extra insurance. No damages made by us and car was given OK at return. This issue is now reported at the police as credit card fraud and also reported to my bank. This company can not even be reached and not responding to my emails. Also extremely rude staff.

Like others say: STAY AWAY! Our whole experience with firefly was horrible. From a dirty car, very bad information on delivery at Milan airport to the worst: 110 euro in small print hidden fees. The car was supposed to be 100% prepaid, but without any information, only small print on the paper I signed upon arrival, they charge 110euro for delivery to a different location. This is a joke... Please don't give them more business!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! Apart from the fact that they poorly advertise that you MUST have a CREDIT CARD (not Visa Debit, even though you booked the car with it), they were extremely rude. When I expressed my annoyance about being stranded at Pisa airport with 2 children and no car (they made no attempt to help, only solution was to cancel the booking), I was literally told to go an see "somewhere else" and that they "didn't care". Appalling.
I then went to Europcar and they were great. Worth paying a little more.

They are scammers! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! We paid the full amount for the full week up front but they refused to give the car to us because my name was written as the main driver although I was 100% sure that I wrote my husband name as the main driver.Instead of writing a new contract with my husband's name they made us to call the office in London and they said we can't change the name on the system because the system is locked!!!!!!!!!!! Long story short they ruined our holiday and took our money away without giving us the car!!!!!

DO NOT use these cowboys!! I booked through holiday autos with whom I take out full crash damage waiver to ensure I pay no excess for damages. On arrival at the desk in Pisa they had the longest queue of all rental companies and after an hour of waiting I was refused my car because I would not take out their own insurance. The guy behind the desk was a complete clown and even the holiday autos representative whom I called in London from my own mobile and my Italian family members who were present could not convince him that he was being unreasonable. He asked us to move away from the desk!!! I was forced to hire from another company for double the price and was not refunded by holiday autos and firefly. I'm still disputing this with them through Barclaycard. Definitely the worse experience I've ever had abroad and if I could id give minus stars and a slap 😡
