Stayed one night, and it was fine. It's in a reasonable location, everything was clean and worked fine. Shower was a bit small but no more so than I'd consider usual in this sort of place. As advertised.

The hotel is just downtown and the rooms are very nice. The staff was very helpfull.

This hotel have a fantastic service and a very friendly staff. The room was spotless and they have a very nice garden where the breakfast was served. The owner pointed out all the places to visit in the historical part of the city and provided us with a map that was very useful. Top marks on everything and if we go to Pisa again we will visit this lovely hotel again and we recommend everybody to do the same. The location is perfect just next to the historical city and the railway station nearby. Easy access if you go by car as we did with a private parking behind the hotel. Don't forget to visit the monumental cemetery next to the leaning tower. This is amazing to see since it's inside a huge building with fantastic wallpaintings Tec. We got the tips at the hotel. We would like to thank the owners and the staff once again!

The hotel clerks were very nice and helpful. I forgot my passport in Rome but they let me send them a pdf, something that not all hotels are okay with. And the breakfast was amazing!

Nice character and staff were very friendly. I got a free upgrade although the aircon in the room wasn't very effective. Breakfast is basic with bread, eggs, tomatoes, meats and cereals as standard. Situated about 5min walk from train station so is easy to find. Near decent restaurants and a good super market.
