The hote was clean and the price reasonable. But the location was the worst.. it was almost impossible to get there from the milan airport

Location horrible 45 mins walk from train station, room in horrible condition air conditioning set to 22 degrees, not only you couldn't make it go lower it also broke down all the time. The breakfast food options very bad, a lot of the items seemed old. Restaurant just horrible, very small selection of items and half of them not even available when asked for. The main street to the hotel filled with prostitutes at night hours. Don't go here.

Definitely not 4 star, air-conditioning dosent work went down twice to complain about it. Asked for room with bath bathtub(paid extra for this) did not get this. Window had a big crack in it, bathroom had wooden laminate coming up as water from shower was soaking it, paint on the walls in the shower coming off. Breakfast most item stale, fruit looked withered and gone off. Resturant had poor selection and only half items on the menu were available.very far from local transport, Wi-Fi requires you to resign in every 3 days...forget having a lie in, no do not disturb sign, cleaning ladies keeps trying the door which turns on the room light Eben after telling reception you dint want to room serviced. not a good location unless you have a car. Outside the hotel on the road each night are prostutesAvoid the place like the plague. Get somewhere closer to Milan for the same price

Room was very good. Hotel is well operated, but its restaurant is not at the same level of the hotel.
