Good looking and not too expensive Hotel during event. Nice restaurant e good european breakfast.

Filthy Bathrooms, unfriendly staff.
Bathroom shower was covered in dirt and grime, shower heads and soap dispensers were rusted, and holes in bathroom wall. Bedroom walls chipped and marked/ dirty.
Staff did nothing to help with noisy neighbours and had little to no english. And the bloody smoke detector flashes all night and is located right above the bed! Kept me awake every night. .
Restaurant was overpriced for the quality of the food, but breakfast was really good.
What really got me is that after complaint was passed to reception, they told me to leave a review on the website and didn't even offer an apology.
Bitterley disappointed with this hotel.

Rooms are quite nice and location is good if you are going to the Rho Fair or to the center by train, but the hotel is quite worn out, specially the bathroom and breakfast was quite a disappointment

A very special Hotel. Once a factory and renovated. Luxe. Great rooms and very good breakfast.

My third stay here. I am never disappointed. Great staff in restaurant too. A real steak when visiting Milan.
