Very nice location and great breakfast - small gym , wifi is ok working good but not the fastest always peronsl very helpfull close to cruise ship terminal in very centre of the city bathroom a bit older

Nice hotel, modern style and good location. Very clean room and bathroom, even if the last would benefit from a renovation. The size is very good. Friendly, young staff. The must is the restaurant, though, with amazing sea food, nicely serving size and presentation, and fresh ingredients.

We called this place Stalag 13. The room was really small and claustrophobic. Breakfast on both mornings was not very nice and the coffee undrinkable. We asked for an iron and were told to wait on the 6th floor and someone would let us in to the ironing room..no one came. A room attendent finally walked past and opened the small room filled with dirty dishes and an iron chained to an ironing board. Other than this a good location to catch boat to Portovenere and Cinque Terra

Only an overnight stay so can't really comment on the facilities but the man at the desk was pleasant and helpful, especially since we checked in late. The room was clean and comfortable if a little in need of some updating in certain areas of the decor. The breakfast was varied and tasty. All in all, a good stay!

Had a wonderful stay at NH La Spezia. We had a last minute reservation as our previous reservation was a dump and the front desk personnel were so accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was a great variety. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this city. This was the gorgeous view from the hotel
